Unless the product instructions state otherwise, professional dry cleaning is recommended for SADRAA jackets, waistcoats and garments made from delicate, structured, embellished or upcycled textiles.

• Use a trusted professional dry cleaner.
• Inform the cleaner about delicate panels, prints, trims, embellishments or upcycled fabrics.
• For reversible garments, show the cleaner both sides before cleaning.
• Do not machine wash, hand wash or soak a garment unless its care instructions specifically permit it.
• Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning products.

Treat stains as soon as reasonably possible.

• Gently blot excess moisture with a clean, soft and colourfast cloth.
• Do not rub, scrub or spread the stain.
• Do not apply bleach, strong detergent, stain remover or home-cleaning chemicals without checking the garment instructions.
• For delicate, printed, embellished or upcycled pieces, consult a professional cleaner.

Improper spot treatment may cause colour loss, fabric damage or a permanent mark.

Check the garment label before applying heat.

• Use a low-temperature setting where permitted.
• Iron from the reverse side with a clean pressing cloth between the garment and the iron.
• Avoid direct heat on prints, embroidery, embellishments, decorative trims, buttons and synthetic surfaces.
• Keep a steamer at a safe distance and avoid excessive moisture.
• Test an inconspicuous area first when the fabric response is uncertain.

Do not iron or steam a garment if its care instructions prohibit it.

• Store the garment only when it is completely clean and dry.
• Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Use a broad or padded hanger for structured jackets.
• Fold heavily embellished or delicate garments when hanging may stretch or distort them.
• Use a breathable garment cover for long-term storage.
• Avoid tightly packed storage and prolonged use of plastic covers.
• Fasten or secure closures gently to help the garment retain its shape.

• Allow the garment to air naturally in a shaded, well-ventilated place before storing it.
• Avoid spraying perfume, deodorant or hairspray directly onto the fabric.
• Keep the garment away from rain, excessive moisture and prolonged sunlight.
• Handle buttons, ties, trims and embellishments gently.

Upcycled textiles may carry subtle variations, marks or characteristics from their previous form. These are part of the material’s history and are not necessarily defects.

Such garments may combine fabrics with different care requirements. Professional cleaning is recommended unless the product-specific instructions state otherwise.

Both sides of a reversible garment should be treated as finished surfaces.

• Inspect both sides before cleaning, ironing or storing.
• Avoid direct heat on printed, decorated or delicate areas.
• Ensure the garment is completely dry before reversing or storing it.
• Inform the dry cleaner that the garment is reversible.

Beads, sequins, embroidery, decorative buttons and trims require careful handling.

• Avoid pulling, twisting or placing pressure on decorative elements.
• Keep the garment away from rough surfaces, jewellery and accessories that may catch the fabric.
• Do not iron directly over embellishments.
• Store embellished pieces so they do not press against or snag other garments.

Differences in weave, print placement, texture or colour may occur in handcrafted, upcycled and limited-textile garments. These variations contribute to the individual character of each SADRAA piece.
