SADRAA policies

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Availability

SADRAA currently accepts ecommerce deliveries within Maharashtra only.

Pan-India delivery is planned and will be announced when available.

Checkout validates the destination using the delivery PIN code. A Maharashtra-eligible PIN confirms the current launch region but does not guarantee courier availability.

International shipping is not available at launch.

Delivery availability may depend on the destination, courier coverage and operating conditions at the time the shipment is arranged.

Entering a PIN code does not by itself guarantee delivery availability.

Delivery availability may change.

If an accepted and paid order unexpectedly becomes unserviceable, SADRAA will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where necessary.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

This allows for order verification, final product checks, packing and courier handover.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on:

  • destination
  • courier network
  • PIN-code serviceability
  • local delivery conditions

Remote locations may take longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping is based on the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before shipping is added.

  • Below ₹2,999: ₹99 shipping
  • ₹2,999 and above: complimentary shipping

Complimentary shipping means no shipping charge is added to an eligible order; it does not mean SADRAA has no logistics cost.

SADRAA is an independent label producing thoughtfully made pieces in limited quantities. Rather than building logistics costs into every garment, we keep our product pricing as transparent as possible and charge a modest shipping fee on smaller orders. Orders of ₹2,999 and above receive complimentary shipping.

5. Payment Method

During the current reserve launch, no payment is taken online. SADRAA will confirm availability and next steps after receiving a reserve request.

Prepaid online checkout will open separately when SADRAA enables it.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking information may be added to the existing SADRAA Track Order flow where available.

Tracking may include:

  • courier partner
  • AWB / tracking number
  • shipment status

Customers can also track orders using the website Track Order page.

Estimated dates remain approximate.

7. Address Changes

Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Address changes may be requested before dispatch.

Once handed to the courier:

  • address changes are not guaranteed
  • rerouting may not be possible
  • customer-requested rerouting/re-delivery charges may be payable by the customer

8. Failed Delivery and Re-delivery

If delivery fails because:

  • customer unavailable
  • repeated customer unavailability
  • customer cannot be contacted
  • address incomplete or incorrect
  • customer refuses delivery
  • avoidable failed delivery attempts

The courier may attempt re-delivery where available.

For customer-caused delivery failure or Return to Origin, applicable forward and return logistics charges may be deducted from any refund.

Any refund is considered only after the parcel physically returns to SADRAA and passes QC. If the customer wants the returned order sent again, a ₹149 reshipment fee applies, including where the original order received complimentary shipping.

If failure is caused by SADRAA or a verified courier fault, the customer bears no such logistics cost. A courier status alone does not automatically trigger a refund.

9. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances beyond SADRAA's reasonable control, including:

  • courier disruption
  • weather
  • strikes
  • natural events
  • regulatory restrictions
  • remote-location serviceability
  • other operational disruptions

SADRAA will communicate meaningful delays where reasonably possible.

10. Lost Shipments

If tracking shows unusual delay or possible loss, SADRAA will investigate with the courier.

Customers should use the Contact us page if the order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window.

If confirmed lost due to SADRAA/courier fault, the remedy may include:

  • replacement where suitable stock exists, or
  • refund

Customer-caused non-delivery remains subject to failed-delivery/RTO rules.

11. Items Damaged in Transit

Customers should report visible transit damage through the Contact us page as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs. This does not replace the main 7-day return or exchange request window.

Customers should provide clear photos showing, where applicable:

  • damaged item
  • outer packaging
  • product tags/labels
  • visible damage

If verified, SADRAA bears return/replacement shipping costs.

Remedy may include replacement, exchange or refund depending on availability and circumstances.

If a refund is the remedy, the original ₹99 shipping charge, where paid, is also refunded.

12. Split Shipments

SADRAA will aim to dispatch each order in one shipment wherever possible.

If operationally necessary, SADRAA may split an order.

If split:

  • customer should be informed
  • tracking provided for each shipment where available
  • customer should not be charged extra solely because SADRAA chose to split the order

13. Courier Serviceability

Delivery availability depends on destination, courier coverage and operating conditions.

Serviceability may vary by:

  • PIN code
  • region
  • courier coverage
  • local conditions

Delivery availability can change after an order is accepted.
