SADRAA policies
Grievance
At SADRAA, we want customers to have a clear way to get help, raise concerns, and escalate unresolved issues.
This page explains how to contact SADRAA for general support and how to raise a formal grievance when a matter requires escalation.
1. General Customer Support
For routine support, customers can email SADRAA at support@sadraa.in.
General support may include questions about:
- products
- sizing and fit
- order status
- shipping and tracking
- returns and exchanges
- cancellations
- refunds
- account access
- general website assistance
SADRAA aims to acknowledge or respond to general support enquiries within 2 business days.
2. Formal Grievances
A formal grievance is intended for issues that require escalation beyond normal customer support.
This may include:
- unresolved order, payment, or refund issues
- privacy or personal-data concerns
- repeated failure to resolve a support issue
- delivery or return disputes
- complaints about how a product or service issue was handled
- suspected misuse of personal data
- other serious complaints requiring formal review
Routine enquiries should continue to use normal customer support.
3. How to Raise a Formal Grievance
To raise a grievance, please email support@sadraa.in and identify the subject as "Grievance".
Where possible, clearly identify the communication as "Grievance" and provide:
- full name
- order number, where relevant
- registered email address or mobile number, where relevant
- clear description of the issue
- relevant dates
- supporting screenshots, photographs, or documents where applicable
- the resolution you are seeking, if known
Providing complete information can help SADRAA review the matter more efficiently.
4. Grievance Response Timeline
SADRAA aims to:
- acknowledge a formal grievance within 2 business days
- work toward resolution within 7–15 business days, depending on the nature and complexity of the issue
Some matters may require additional time, for example where SADRAA needs to investigate with a courier, payment provider, technology provider, or another third party.
If more time is reasonably required, SADRAA should communicate the status where appropriate.
5. Escalation
Where appropriate, customers should first use the normal SADRAA support process for routine issues.
If a matter remains unresolved, is serious in nature, or concerns privacy or personal data, it may be escalated as a formal grievance.
Komal Ajgaonkar is the Grievance Officer for SADRAA.
Formal grievances may be emailed to support@sadraa.in or raised by calling +91 86910 56519.

These may include:
- requests concerning personal data
- correction or deletion requests where applicable
- concerns about how personal data is used
- suspected misuse or unauthorized handling of personal information
- withdrawal of marketing consent where relevant
See the Privacy Policy for related information.
7. Supporting Evidence
Depending on the nature of the issue, SADRAA may request reasonable supporting information to investigate the grievance.
This may include:
- order details
- payment reference information
- photographs
- screenshots
- delivery information
- communication history
- other relevant documents
Customers should avoid sharing sensitive payment credentials such as CVV, UPI PIN, internet-banking password, or other secret authentication information.
